These centers rank among the Top 10 Best Performing Central shopping malls, with high engagement from The 1 members and affluent customers 1.5 times more than other locations,” Mr. Chanwat said.

Central Chaengwattana, operational for 16 years, has evolved from a suburban area to a new CBD, with population growth comparable to Rama 9 and higher income levels compared to other areas in Nonthaburi. The area is home to high-income families and a significant expatriate community. Over the past decade, residential projects have increased by over 300%, with a predicted rise in office workers by 300,000 within 5-10 years.
